The importance of this program lies behind its contribution to the development of educational systems through professional development and training that responds to the continuous need of the local and Arab labor market for specialists in educational management. It aims to enhance educational leadership in local and Arab educational institutions, drawing upon contemporary strategic planning and global and international variables. The program also seeks to improve the educational system and educational leadership in Palestine by building academic supervision on scientific and methodological developmental foundations for supervisors, both technically and managerially. It endeavors to equip students with the necessary competencies in the principles and foundations of the entire educational system and to identify and provide appropriate solutions to the challenges it faces. Additionally, the program aims to provide students with the skills to analyze the economic return of education and assist them in rationalizing decisions related to education funding and economics.
• Bachelor’s degree obtained through regular attendance from an acknowledged university by the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education in any field of humanities.
• A minimum GPA of 70 in the Bachelor’s degree.
• Passing personal interview and/or examination.
Upon completing the Master’s program in Educational Management, students are expected to be able to:
