MISSION

PAU offers a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration to respond to the ongoing need for sound development plans and exceptional administrative skills. This Bachelor’s degree program is offered to provide Palestine and other countries with highly qualified individuals who are skilled in business administration.

This program was designed to reflect current market needs and requirements to give our students the tools for success. The business administration department contains three minors: accounting, finance, and Islamic finance.

Admission Requirements

High school graduates from the Scientific, Literature and Information Technology streams with a minimum grade of 65% can apply to the business administration program.

CRITERIA OF ACCEPTANCE TO MAJOR

Students must pass each of the following courses with a minimum degree of 70%:

  • Principles of Management (310100)
  • Human Resource Management (310201)
  • Principles of Financial Management (330102)

Intended Learning Outcomes (ILOs): 

Upon the completion of this specialization, students are expected to be able to:

  • Communicate effectively, verbally or in writing, in different administration areas. 
  • Apply critical and creative thinking skills in the implementation of administrative policies. 
  • Analyze administrative problems and solve them innovatively. 
  • Analyze the risks and opportunities surrounding the organization.
  • Utilize fields of knowledge (Administrative Information Systems, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Leadership, Strategic Management, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation) in different administrative aspects.
